REMINDER/UPDATE
Hello OC Fam! (Yup, we're calling ourselves that now.)
This is a reminder and an update. It's also coming to you as a PM and email.
Reminder: High Position Auditions are ending soon (July 10 -- t is open until July 14 if you request it)! We encourage everyone to audition and not to be intimidated -- remember that in the end, just remember it's all your friends in the room. We want everyone to have fun, not to be stressed or nervous or caught up in drama, and we want our high position auditions -- and high positions -- to reflect that. The prompts are there for you to have fun with, to get a chance to write out something you couldn't RP before.
Additionally, if you have an original character with which you haven't RPed yet, you may have your audition be RPed with a staff member, rather than a short-story-type-thing.
For our update, we'd like to alert you all that there will be an activity check coming up. First, high positions will be chosen and set up. Second, we'll have our first IC Gathering (hooray!), and at that point the six-week-season starts (we're not moving time forward for this first chunk of time because it was the very beginning and everyone was getting set up). Then comes the activity check, which will be a disaster (with effects reaching into RP afterwards) of our choosing (muahaha!). All you'll need to do is post a short RP post (it could be two sentences) of your characters surviving, and you're good to go. We'll be archiving bios and deleting accounts for folks who fail to participate in this two-week long activity check. Don't worry, we'll remind you guys again as we get sooner to the time, and you get all the details then.
And if you haven't been on in a while, we'd love for you to come back! Some exciting things are happening and about to happen in the plots, Clans are each getting their own major plots, and do we even need to mention high auditions!
