adopted by the brilliant bunny ❤ Mossheart was Longstride's first and favourite apprentice. She was perceived as a quiet apprentice with a genuinely good heart: the sort of cat to take on extra patrols uncomplainingly, and not just take them on, but take them on with thoughtfulness and attention to detail. (This could have been genuine goodness on their part, or simply a fear of causing trouble; it could even have been motivated by entirely selfish reasons.) Possibilities for additional detail: - Once kept a 'pet' frog in an abandoned badger set, until it escaped.
- Invented the game 'rogue hunter', which is now infamous among WindClan's apprentices for getting everyone who's ever played it into deep trouble.
- Befriended a cat from another clan as an apprentice, and still sneaks out to the RiverClan/ThunderClan border to meet them.
eaglecry name, age, gender and sexuality are open to change; 20-27 moons
Speaking of cats who are infamous in WindClan, though--Eaglecry genuinely tops the list in that regard. Longstride's second apprentice proved to be the least like him. She is that truly deadly combination of features: intelligent, ambitious, and keenly aware of both those things. Eaglecry's relationship with her mentor started off well enough, but Longstride was just such a boring sap all the time. Warrior code this and WindClan that. Oh, certainly she'd listen to her mentor, but only ever long enough to perfect whatever technique he was trying heavy-handedly to teach, and after that there was no point in listening. Eaglecry has other goals. She's sick of clan life: the cats have no ambition; she knows the territory well enough to walk it blindfolded while standing on three legs; and the warrior code was clearly invented by a moron. Not that she'd ever say any of that. That's just what she thinks. She's definitely charismatic to some extent: at twelve moons, still an apprentice, she had two friends who were close (or obedient) enough to her to follow her out of WindClan for a full week, in search of a different life, before one of them got attacked by a crazy, wobbly Twoleg with a wooden stick. (They told WindClan it was a monster, concealing exactly how far they'd gone.) Eaglecry bit it, and they escaped, but the wound was bad and Eaglecry's friends wanted to go back to WindClan to have a medicine cat see to it. And Eaglecry was inwardly frustrated, but agreed. After all, this had been a proof of concept: cats would follow her; she knew how to persuade and charm. And her friends still believe she's a good person (sort of: she did kind of get all of their warrior ceremonies pushed moon a moon), so she can do it. She just has to figure out what's binding them here, and see if she can persuade them to try again.

That would be wonderful, thanks Bunny! <3 (and welcome again to the site, it's lovely to have you ^^)
No special requests when it comes to her, just that she and Longstride get along well. She would remember when Thistlestar died of greencough in the middle of her apprenticeship, and while Longstride was grateful to her for being someone he could put his grief aside for, hopefully she wouldn't have noticed :D
