[PTab=Tab2]APPEARANCE - Allie
PERSONALITY - Littledrop is what many might consider a "broken" cat. Once prone to purring and affection, she has since become even more closed off than before, having few friends. She always was on the quiet side -- especially when her brother was so outgoing and popular -- but that didn't mean she was unable to make friends. In fact, many cats found her to be loyal and loving, a supportive companion. That's why, when she suddenly ended up with Firestep, folks were left confused, and she drifted away from them. Some might accuse her of being a bad friend, when in reality she was caught in the spider's web.
Littledrop has also always known she was beautiful, with long silver fur and bright eyes, she fit the picture. The fact that she was so demure and sweet certainly didn't detract from the appeal. She'd had cats who tried to court her, but none of them truly caught her fancy -- she was more focused on serving the Clan as a whole and her friends. Littledrop's friends have always been very important to her. Once she had kits, those kits also became something important -- though perhaps not in the same way. But, back to the topic, Littledrop has always known of her beauty, and she has taken efforts to keep herself this beautiful. She figures it's one of her few true strengths, so she tries to keep herself prim and proper at all times. Much of her time is spent grooming. This used to be easier with friends, but she's become accustomed to doing it by herself.
Since Firestep, Littledrop has become severely more timid and self-conscious, berating herself for even the tiniest mistakes. She is incredibly forgiving to just about any cat -- including her ex -- but not to herself. And while once she used to be compassionate and generous simply for the sake of being compassionate and generous, she has turned into a people-pleaser, who tries too hard and achieves too little. Her own charitableness was turned against her as a weapon by her ex, and now she's still trapped in that place. So, she'll exhaust herself, do anything she can to try to earn her way back into cats' hearts (but of course, it's easy to get exhausted when in her situation, to put it softly).
FAMILY -
Mother:Bluewhisker
Father:Darksun
Littermate: Flamestripe
Ex-mate/forever tormentor: Firestep
Kits: Sunstrike, Ferretcloud
HISTORY - (CW for mentions of abuse)
Born in a litter of two, her parents' first and only litter, Littledrop was always tiny. Not exactly a runt -- she was always okay health-wise, though her brother was above and beyond average, so she certainly looked the runt -- but definitely petite, a trait she got from her father, Darksun. Her mother, Bluewhisker, was considered a respected warrior, and Darksun was younger than she was, less experienced, more relaxed about everything. He was named for his rich, dark ginger fur, and his dark amber eyes -- Littledrop sees a lot of him in her son, which was exactly why she named her Sunkit after him, but that comes later -- and he was fairly popular. Bluewhisker was as laid back as a natural-born leader could be.
Littlekit had an average kithood, wrestling with her brother (usually losing), listening to elders, doing chores, fantasizing about adventures outside the camp. When it came to gaining her apprentice name and mentor, she was all for it. Her mentor actually wasn't particularly attentive to her training -- as much as they needed to be, but no more than the bare minimum. That's part of why she started looking up to other cats, such as her brother -- though she always wanted to catch up to him and not fall behind -- and another cat, Firepaw. He was older and wiser and bigger, bigger even than her brother, and he was bold and brash, and Littlepaw was drawn to that. Of course, Firepaw wasn't an apprentice for long at all once Littlepaw entered the apprentice den, but when he was made a warrior, he was on patrols with her, and always made sure to show her how it was done -- as she saw it -- and show off -- as everyone else saw it. Flamepaw had an instant distaste for Firepaw, and the two never got along. Littlepaw always wanted to try to stand in between them, to make peace, but it was only a tentative peace, held mostly together by the potential consequences of outright conflict. But still, as long as the choice was there, she chose both.
Littlepaw and Flamepaw proved themselves in a tiny border situation with ThunderClan, during which they were able to help diffuse a potentially violent interaction. Flamepaw was given the name Flamestripe, for his tabby stripes of course, and Littlepaw was given the name Littledrop, for supposedly Dawnstar had had a dream about tiny droplets falling from the pine trees, and he felt it meant something, but he wasn't sure what. Two nights after Littledrop and Flamestripe's warrior vigils, their father passed away of some kind of illness which the medicine cat couldn't seem to treat, from which Darksun had been suffering for many moons, though only in the last moon of Littledrop's apprenticeship did he take to the medicine cat den permanently. Bluewhisker took no mate after that, and focused all her time on the Clan. This work did not go unnoticed -- when Swampstar became leader, she chose Bluewhisker, a mighty and well-respected warrior, as her deputy. Littledrop felt a great deal of pride for her mother.
During this time, Littledrop turned to her brother for support first, and Firestep second. This did not sit well with Firestep, but he could not stop her love for her brother, even as she found herself liking Firestep more and more. He might have been rude to others, but he had a way of charming her that she just couldn't figure out that nobody else could. It wasn't that he was exactly charming, but there was something about him that appealed to her. Maybe it was the danger, maybe it was the way everyone in her life said she should stay away. Alas.
When Littledrop was still a young warrior, she and Firestep spent more and more time together, as he inserted himself into her life even more, and forcing others out. And when Littledrop became pregnant and officially declared she was mates with Firestep, others left her life of their own volition. Never her brother, though. He was always sitting on the sidelines, waiting for Firestep to leave an opening, however small. It was during this time, while the openings in Littledrop's life for other cats grew smaller, Firestep had grown... worse. In general. Littledrop had thought perhaps if they had kits -- he always wanted them, though she didn't particularly care all that much -- then he would be happy, and things would get better. She was wrong.
Littledrop's birth was a difficult one, for she was very small. The first kit was a massive ginger tom, like his father, but something about him reminded her of her own father, so she suggested that they name him Sunkit. Firestep agreed. Her second kit was much more like her, a tiny gray tabby she-cat, frail and fragile. They named her Ferretkit, though it was apparent that Firestep wanted nothing to do with her. Bluewhisker and Flamestripe both visited the den, and both were touched by the name of Sunkit and by Ferretkit's sweet beauty. It was not too long that Bluewhisker died.
Littledrop had returned to the warriors den, still under the control of Firestep, always watching as he sprayed cruelties upon their kits. What could she do? Whatever she imagined, it would never be enough, for if ever she said anything -- which she sometimes did at first -- he would turn it upon her. So she succumbed, and she did not take her kits, she did not bring the matter up to the leadership, she did nothing. She regrets that more than anything, that she did nothing while he hurt their kits. And yet, she suspects she would do the same, if the situation arose again, and that frightens her.
After her son fought Firestep, after Ferretpaw was given to Firestep as an apprentice (Littledrop could not understand Swampstar's thinking), Littledrop needed to leave. She approached Firestep when he was in the medicine cat's den for losing his eye and, under the watchful gaze of Flatear, and she told him it was over. And after that, she kept to herself, trying to stay in the background, away from him. She almost tried reaching out to her brother, but now she feels little but shame and fear. But she's ready for the upward curve of her redemption arc, or she'd like to think she is -- although whether or not she needs redemption is anyone's opinion.

[PTab=Tab3]DO YOU BELIEVE IN STARCLAN? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I do. I think. I did, anyway. It's hard to tell. They were silent in my greatest hour of need, but... surely they had other matters to attend to.
FAVORITE HISTORICAL CAT? WHY?
Blackstar. He's proof that anyone can change.
WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST FEAR?
Firestep.
IF YOUR BEST FRIEND/MOTHER/WHOEVER KNOWS YOU WELL COULD DESCRIBE YOU IN THREE INDIVIDUAL WORDS, WHAT WOULD THOSE BE? DO YOU AGREE OR DISAGREE?
I'm sure my kits would say I'm not the best mother, I couldn't get them away from their father. Oh, but that's not three individual words, I'm sorry. Disappointing, vain, and weak. I agree with that. I would agree with anyone who said that.
