PERSONALITY - Brightstream is an optimistic cat. While there may or may not be hardship in her life, Brightstream always tries her best to look on the bright side of life. Even if the clan is in danger, she tries to keep her mind positive. Not that it is always easy for her to be happy. Life is hard, and Brightstream’s mind can go to a dark place when there isn’t much prey, if sickness is spreading through the clan, or the clan is in danger. Life gets her down just like it gets everyone else down. That’s why she looks instead to make others happy. She’s a helper at heart. It makes her feel better and makes her happier to see and make others happy, so whenever she has the chance she will work herself to exhaustion trying to make others happy. To some this can appear nosy or annoying, however, it comes from a good place.
Brightstream has a young soul. In many ways, she never truly grew up. She can be quite hyper, both in mind and body which can lead to her acting foolishly and impulsively. She tends to do and say things without thinking. She commonly is not as cautious as she should be. However, she can turn this off when it comes to hunting and fishing. She understands the importance of sitting still and behaving when it’s needed, so she doesn’t get hyper (anymore) during things like meetings and gatherings. Though that’s only on the outside. In her head, she is still as bouncy as a bunny. She is also quite a curious cat, and once she gets interested and curious about something she’ll make sure she finds out everything she wants to know.

HISTORY - Brightstream has always had a relatively happy life. She was born into a large family to her mother Rosefeather and father Cloudstep. She was part of the last litter out of many litters over the years. She was born with only one direct sister, but along with many older siblings from the previous litter. For her, being a kit was the best thing ever. She had family of all ages coming to play with her and teach her stuff and just talk with her. She had slightly older siblings that were half way through their apprenticeships, and she had others that were fully-fledged warriors. She had aunts, uncles, grandparents, and her great aunt. For her sister, who was much quieter and introverted than Brightkit, this wasn’t the best. But for Brightkit it was absolutely perfect. Soon enough, she became an apprentice. Thankfully, the leader at the time had made a good choice for her mentor. It was someone, while still being nice, could control the hyper chaos inside of Brightpaw and teach her to properly hunt, fight, and most importantly behave. Soon enough, Brightpaw became Brightstream, named for her prowess in swimming, and she began to serve as a warrior of RiverClan. Since then, she has just worked hard for her clan and spends her time with her family and friends.

Yeah! I mean... well I guess so. I mean, most of the cats I know believe in them... And it seems true. It really does! I've just never really seen them in real life, just stories. So I don't know really.
FAVORITE HISTORICAL CAT? WHY?
I don't really know any historical cats, but I do really respect my great aunt. I've been told pretty great stories about what she was like as a leader.
